The track starts at 12 Hz (Alpha), approximately where your dominant brainwaves will be functioning when you start listening. The track then gradually takes you down into the Delta state zone.
Specific Delta frequencies then cycle for an equal amount of time (approximately 6 minutes) at 4, 3.5, 3.0, 2.5, 2.0, 1.5, 1, 0.5 Hertz.
