You can download the Mindfulness Pack and your binaural beats guide by using the links below. For your convenience, there are two download link options provided. Here's how the links work:
1. The first link is a zip file, which will download the file faster (2-3 minutes for each file), but will need to be unzipped on your computer; please see the instructions at the bottom of the page if you are unfamiliar with using zip files.
2. The second link is a direct link that will download the raw file format (mp3 or pdf) to your computer, which will take slightly longer (3-4 minutes per file).
This option is ideal for those unfamiliar with the Zip file option above.
On some computers and digital devices, clicking the direct download links will prompt the PDF and Mp3 files to open in the browser window. You can avoid this by simply right-clicking on the file name below and selecting “Save link as” to save the file to your computer.
You can also use the direct link option to open/stream the files from WIFI or 3G/4G on your phone or tablet device. Just click on the file to open it in the browser window.

Zip File Download Instructions:
– Click the link and select the desired download location on your computer.
– Click save and wait for the download to complete.
– Locate the zip file on your computer and click twice.
– You can now select a folder to unzip the MP3 file(s) to.
– You can now transfer the MP3(s) to any digital device you like, or listen to them on your computer via iTunes, Windows Media Player, or other audio playback program.
