About Our Mental Fatigue Program
The Mental Fatigue meditation program uses a binaural beats frequency of 15 Hz. This is based on a study that demonstrated the effectiveness of this frequency on mental fatigue.
During the study, the participants underwent a sequence of evaluations. Initial assessments and an electroencephalogram (EEG) gauged baseline brain activity. Subsequently, participants engaged in a demanding 20-minute task while listening to various sounds: 15 Hz binaural beats, 40 Hz binaural beats, relaxing music, or a 240 Hz pure tone. Post-task, a second round of testing was conducted to consolidate results.
The results showed that binaural beats at this frequency help maintain working memory, enhance brain connectivity and reduce the decline in brain function associated with mental fatigue.
